Dr Daniel Adamo
Dr Daniel Adamo graduated from the University of Sydney in 1995 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
The next 2 years saw Daniel working in private practice in Five Dock where an interest in implant dentistry was spawned. Under the tutelage of his father (Dr Mario Adamo - an implant dentist since 1973), Daniel was exposed almost immediately to all forms of implantology.
However in 1998, Daniel moved to the UK in order to broaden both his personal and professional experience. Stints in the midlands and South West England proved invaluable in engraving a full appreciation of general dentistry and treating a huge and varied patient base. A special interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry as well as oral surgery prompted a return form overseas as Daniel enrolled again at the University of Sydney, the result of which was graduation in a Diploma in Clinical dentistry specializing in oral implants in 2000. This knowledge along with his previous grounding in the field formed the basis from which other areas of expertise grew. These included overseas courses on connective tissue and gingival grafting, sinus lift procedures and hard tissue regeneration and grafting. All this whilst maintaining a general and family based practice.
August 2004 saw the opening of Dental Lounge’s first practice in Hunters Hill which was founded in conjunction with Dr Mark Braund. Daniel’s aim, now along with our Macquarie St practice is to provide all aspects of dentistry with excellence.
The dentists and staff strive to provide general and family dentistry at the highest level. With the number of cases now in the hundreds, Dr’s Adamo & Braund are highly experienced in all facets of soft tissue and hard tissue contouring resulting in the most perfect cosmetic result possible.
Daniel’s simple goal is to make Dental Lounge the most comfortable, easy and non-confronting clinic available. In other words – "the best experience possible".
Aside from dentistry, Daniel has a keen interest in an active lifestyle, all sports and a love of his family.
